The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said it scheduled an electrical outage on St. Croix for April 13, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. affecting part of Feeder 10B-7A in the Coble neighborhood.
WAPA said about 25 to 30 customers would be affected. The outage was scheduled to allow replacement of primary and neutral conductors in the area.
