WAPA board scheduled monthly meeting for Jan. 23
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on January 20, 2020, that its governing board was scheduled to hold its monthly meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2020, at the authority’s Al Cohen administrative office.
WAPA said the meeting was open to the public.
The agenda listed a call to order and quorum, approval and adoption of the agenda, presentations, personnel matters, the Cruz Bay Underground Duct Bank Project for MV pad-mounted switchgear, the Virgin Islands Workers Union collective bargaining agreement, financial statements, and the executive director’s report.
