Seven officials sworn in as Bryan administration completed Cabinet
Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. held a swearing-in ceremony at Government House on St. Croix on Oct. 22, 2019, for seven officials, completing his 29-member Cabinet.
Presiding Judge Harold Willocks of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands administered the oath of office. The officials sworn in were Trevor Velinor as police commissioner, Kimberley Causey-Gomez as human services commissioner, Richard Evangelista as Licensing and Consumer Affairs commissioner, Kodjo Knox-Limbacker as adjutant general of the Virgin Islands National Guard, Rupert Ross Jr. as director of the Bureau of Information Technology, and Raymond Williams as executive director of the Virgin Islands Lottery.
Lt. Gov. Tregenza Roach and Bryan addressed the ceremony, which was attended by Cabinet officials. Senate President Novelle Francis Jr. and Sen. Kenneth Gittens also attended.
Government House said the Legislature had approved all of Bryan's Cabinet-level nominees.
