The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on July 31, 2023, that it was renovating its customer service offices on St. John, St. Thomas and St. Croix and expanding online resources on its website.

WAPA said the website additions included fillable forms for residential and commercial customers, a media mentions section with radio interviews and news articles, a projects page with updates on ongoing work, and access to the authority’s strategic plan in PDF and video formats.

The authority also directed customers to its online bill-payment feature, WAPA Alerts service notices, and electronic document submission through customer.service@viwapa.vi.

WAPA said its St. John customer service office was located above Starfish Market, its St. Thomas office was at Port of Sale mall, and its St. Croix office was at Sunny Isle Business Center.
