The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold a regular meeting on October 27, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. by video conference from the Al Cohen Conference Room.
According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider three Planning and Economic Development Committee items: a no-cost time extension for the Cruz Bay Underground Project Feeder 7E, a one-year lease for Aggreko generation, and Addendum 1 for the Clifton Hill Waterline Rehabilitation project.
The agenda also listed two Finance and Audit Committee action items: authorization to extend lines of credit with First Bank and Banco Popular, and SC-09-22 Onsite Environmental Change Order No. 3.
The meeting notice said the agenda also included the executive director’s report, an executive session for legal matters, and adjournment.
