Bryan ordered closure of schools and government offices across U.S. Virgin Islands because of Tropical Storm Dorian

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. announced on Aug. 28, 2019, that schools and government offices across the U.S. Virgin Islands would close because of Tropical Storm Dorian.

Non-essential government employees were told not to report to work. Essential government personnel, as determined by immediate supervisors, were required to report to work as normal.
