WAPA scheduled electricians meeting for June 15 on St. Croix

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on June 12, 2023, that it planned to hold an "Electrician's Meet" on St. Croix on June 15, 2023.
The meeting was scheduled for 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the University of the Virgin Islands Research and Technology Park at the Albert A. Sheen Campus.
WAPA said its Transmission and Distribution and Customer Service departments would host the event and provide updates on the authority's policies, procedures, and underground and overhead requirements. The Department of Planning and Natural Resources was also scheduled to present.
WAPA said additional information on a separate Electrician's Meet for St. Thomas would be provided later.
