WAPA closed Port of Sale customer service office on St. Thomas on Nov. 8 due to power outage

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its Port of Sale Mall customer service office on St. Thomas closed for the rest of Nov. 8, 2023, because of a power outage.

WAPA said customers could continue handling transactions by phone at 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250, online through its website, by email, through payment drop boxes at business centers, or at FirstBank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches.

The authority said it expected the office to reopen on Nov. 9, 2023.
