The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board scheduled an emergency meeting for Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.
According to the notice published on Aug. 3, 2023, the agenda included a call to order and quorum, adoption and approval of the agenda, and an action item on extending the closing date for the Vitol propane supply infrastructure acquisition.
The meeting notice said the session would adjourn after the agenda item was addressed.
