The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said Crystal Gade on St. Thomas was scheduled to close on June 23, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. to allow for the replacement of a transformer.
The notice said the closure affected Crystal Gade and referred the public to a highlighted route shown in the original advisory image.
