WAPA launched automatic bill payment option for utility customers

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on February 4, 2019, that it had launched an Auto Pay service for electric and potable water bills.

The authority said customers could enroll through its website by selecting the online bill-payment option and following the setup steps.

WAPA said the automatic payment service was intended for recurring bill payments on a preset date.

The authority also said customers could continue paying bills at Popular and FirstBank branches, at customer service offices in Sunny Isle on St. Croix, Port of Sale on St. Thomas and The Marketplace on St. John, by phone, online and at self-service kiosks in Sunny Isle and Petrus Plaza.
