In addition, he approved Bill No. 35-0041 awarding the Virgin Islands Medal of Honor posthumously to former Sen. Edgar Milton Iles, and Bill No. 35-0101 honoring Dr. Olaf "Bronco" Hendricks and requiring that any mental health facility established on St. Croix be named in his honor.
Bryan acknowledged Resolution No. 1906, also identified as Bill No. 35-0100, honoring Music in Motion School of Higher Dance Education and founder Charlita Schuster on the 40th anniversary of the Music in Motion Dance Academy.
The statement also said Bryan expressed disappointment that the Legislature overrode his veto of Bill No. 35-0023, which granted a zoning use variance for the manufacture of concrete products in Estate Orange Grove, Company Quarter, St. Croix.
