The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its customer service offices at Port of Sale Mall on St. Thomas closed at 10 a.m. on March 15, 2023, because of water-pressure issues affecting the facilities.

WAPA said customers could continue to conduct transactions by phone and online, use payment drop boxes at business centers, or make payments at FirstBank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches.

The authority said it expected to reopen the office on March 16, 2023.
