The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s governing board scheduled an emergency meeting for Nov. 30, 2018, at 3:45 p.m.

The meeting was set to be held at WAPA’s administrative offices at Al Cohen’s Mall on St. Thomas.

The published agenda listed a call to order and establishment of a quorum, approval and adoption of the agenda, an executive session, a legal matter and adjournment.
