Government House issued statement on death of broadcaster Addie Ottley

Government House said on Feb. 11, 2022, that Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. and first lady Yolanda Bryan were saddened by the death of broadcaster Athniel "Addie" Ottley.

In a statement, Government House said Ottley had used his radio program, "The Addie Ottley Morning Show" on WSTA, to promote Virgin Islands people, traditions and community for decades.

The statement said Ottley had broad influence in the territory and that his impact would endure.
