WAPA board scheduled emergency meeting for Dec. 24, 2018
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board scheduled an emergency meeting for Monday, Dec. 24, 2018, at 10 a.m. on St. Croix.
The meeting was set for the second-floor Sunny Isle Conference Room.
According to the notice, the agenda included action items on provisional extensions of the maturity dates for the authority's Banco Popular lines of credit and overdraft credit facility, First Bank lines of credit and overdraft credit facility, and standby credit facility with RUS.
