WAPA board scheduled monthly meeting for February 21 on St. Croix
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in the Sunny Isle conference room on St. Croix.
According to the published agenda, the meeting was to include an executive session on legal matters and action items from the Planning and Economic Development Committee and the Finance and Audit Committee.
Items listed for consideration included an addendum to existing contract SC-07-19 with CDR Maguire, a supplement to purchase order 070803 with PECO International Electric Inc., PR-12-19 for the Randolph Harley Power Plant expansion general construction project, the East End Substation Project, supplements to purchase orders 070801 and 070802 for St. John composite poles, an addendum to Haugland contract SC-24-18, and an addendum to BBC Electrical Services contract SC-02-18.
The agenda also listed extensions of lines of credit with First Bank and Banco Popular, followed by the executive director's report and adjournment.
