WAPA said it would not perform disconnections for unpaid bills beginning April 26, 2023, while the customer service offices were closed. The authority said disconnections for unpaid bills would resume on Monday, May 1, 2023.
WAPA said customers could still make payments by phone, online, at FirstBank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches, or by check or money order through drop boxes at business locations.
