WAPA said online payment system would be unavailable from Feb. 3 to Feb. 6, 2023

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its online payment platform would be unavailable from 4 p.m. AST on Friday, Feb. 3, 2023, through 8 a.m. AST on Monday, Feb. 6, 2023, for system maintenance.
WAPA said it would not perform disconnections for unpaid bills on Monday, Feb. 6, 2023, while the system was unavailable. The authority said disconnections for unpaid bills would resume on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023.
During the outage, customers could still make payments by check or money order at drop boxes at customer service offices, at FirstBank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix locations, or by telephone through the authority's automatic bill pay system.
