WAPA scheduled online payment system maintenance for March 21-22, 2023

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its online payment platform would be unavailable from 4 p.m. on March 21, 2023, through 9 a.m. on March 22, 2023, for scheduled system maintenance.
WAPA said it would not perform disconnections related to unpaid bills while the system was offline. The authority said disconnections would resume on March 23, 2023.
During the outage, customers could still submit checks or money orders at drop boxes at customer service offices and make payments at FirstBank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix locations. WAPA said electronic payments would not be accepted by phone, through its website or at customer service offices during the maintenance period.
