The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said substation personnel were working on October 29, 2023, to locate a fault on Feeder 13 that occurred at 8:57 a.m.

WAPA said feeders would be placed on two-hour rotations to reduce the impact on customers. The authority said the rotation schedule could change once load could be accommodated, and that any changes would affect only feeders within the set time block.

The archived release did not specify the affected feeder areas or provide a restoration time.
