Bryan names senior Government House staff and sets Jan. 15 cabinet announcement

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. announced his senior Government House staff on Jan. 9 and said he would announce some Cabinet members on Jan. 15.

Bryan named Karl Knight chief of staff and Kevin Rodriquez deputy chief of staff.

He also named former Sen. Sammuel Sanes as administrator for St. Croix, Avery Lewis as administrator for St. Thomas and Water Island, David A. Bornn as chief legal counsel, and Richard Motta Jr. as Government House communications director.

Government House said Bryan planned to announce some Cabinet nominations at a 3 p.m. press conference on Jan. 15 at the Arthur Abel Complex, also known as the Old Danish School, in Frederiksted on St. Croix.
