WAPA released redacted 12-month strategic plan on June 3, 2022
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on June 3, 2022, that it had released a redacted version of its strategic plan covering the next 12 months.
WAPA said commercially sensitive information was removed while it negotiated with commercial counterparties. The authority said it would update facts and figures in the plan after those negotiations were concluded.
