WAPA adjusted business office hours on St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John in early November 2023

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on November 2, 2023, that several business offices would open later on November 3 and November 6 to allow staff to attend a health fair.
The Sunny Isles office on St. Croix was scheduled to open at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, November 3, 2023. The Port of Sale office on St. Thomas was scheduled to open at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, November 6, 2023, and the Market Place office on St. John was scheduled to open at 1:30 p.m. that day.
WAPA said customers should expect longer phone wait times beginning at 8 a.m. because customer service staff would be handling additional calls across the territory.
The authority said bill payments would remain available online, by phone and at First Bank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches.
