WAPA’s St. Thomas customer service office was set to close early on Dec. 7 for staff meeting

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its St. Thomas customer service office at Port of Sale Mall would close at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, for a departmental staff meeting.

The authority said regular operating hours would resume on Monday, Dec. 10, 2018, at 7:30 a.m.

While the office was closed, WAPA said customers could make payments online, by check or money order in drop boxes at WAPA business offices, or by mail using the envelope included with billing statements.

The authority also said service requests could be submitted through its website while line crews, plant and water operators, and telephone dispatchers remained on duty.
