WAPA governing board scheduled monthly meeting for March 21 on St. Thomas
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to meet at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at the authority’s Al Cohen administrative offices on St. Thomas.
WAPA said the meeting was open to the public.
The published agenda listed a call to order and quorum call, adoption and approval of the agenda, a Finance and Audit Committee action item on an amendment to BDO Contract No. SC-09-19, the executive director’s report, an executive session for legal matters, and adjournment.
