Virgin Islands BIR extended 2018 tax filing deadline to June 29

The Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue said on April 6, 2018, that the income tax filing deadline had been extended to June 29, 2018.

The extension applied to individual income taxpayers and calendar-year corporations, according to the bureau.

The bureau said taxpayers had until June 29, 2018, to file income tax returns with the agency. It also said all tax offices would have extended hours on June 29 to assist with timely filing.
