The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its customer service and business offices at Port of Sale on St. Thomas and Marketplace on St. John were scheduled to open at noon on May 8, 2024, because of severe weather conditions.
WAPA said customers could still make payments by phone, online, at FirstBank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches, or by check or money order through drop boxes at business locations.
