Bryan issues statement on death of Senior District Judge Raymond Finch

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. issued a statement on February 24, 2023, on the death of Senior District Judge Raymond Finch.

In the statement, Bryan said Finch served in the Territorial Court before serving more than 15 years as a federal judge in the U.S. District Court. Bryan also said Finch, a Crucian, served six years as chief judge of the District Court.

Bryan expressed condolences to Finch's family, friends and loved ones.
