Bryan issues statement on death of retired Judge Audrey Thomas-Francis

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. issued a statement on December 29, 2023, mourning the death of retired Superior Court Judge Audrey Thomas-Francis.

In the statement, Bryan said Thomas-Francis had served as a former assistant U.S. attorney and later as a judge in the Virgin Islands Superior Court's Family Division.

He also said she supported the annual moot court competition and served on the University of the Virgin Islands Board of Trustees.
