Bryan granted administrative leave for non-essential government personnel on April 1, 2019

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. signed a proclamation granting administrative leave to non-essential government personnel on Monday, April 1, 2019, in observance of the 102nd anniversary of Transfer Day.

Government House said the Virgin Islands Code allows the governor to grant administrative leave on the following Monday when a holiday such as Transfer Day falls on a Sunday.
