The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on January 22, 2024, that its governing board would hold a regular meeting on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
The meeting was scheduled to be held by videoconference from the Sunny Isles second-floor conference room on St. Croix and was open to the public.
According to the published agenda, board members were set to consider a no-cost time extension change order for SC 07-23 Geographic Information Systems; amendments to Arcadis contract terms for SC-11-22, a master service agreement for air consulting and engineering services; Addendum II for SC-26-21 project management and design services for composite pole projects; an alternative USLD fuel supply for St. Croix power generation; and a contract with Kami Metals LLC for cleanup, disposal and heavy equipment use related to mitigation of the oil release from Tank 11 and in the Lindbergh Bay area.
The agenda also listed an executive director's report and an executive session for legal matters.
