The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its Governing Board scheduled a regular meeting for Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
The authority said the meeting would be held by videoconference from the Al Cohen Conference Room on St. Thomas and would be open to the public.
According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider two Planning and Economic Development Committee action items: SC-10-22, a Grace Civil amendment, and SC-05-24, East End Transformer Repair Change Order No. 1.
The agenda also listed an executive director's report and an executive session for legal and personnel matters.
