WAPA business offices were set to close on November 1 for D. Hamilton Jackson Day

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its business offices would be closed on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, in observance of D. Hamilton Jackson Day.
WAPA said customers could still make payments online, through automatic bill pay, or by drop box using a money order or check at the Port of Sale business center on St. Thomas, the Sunny Isles Business Office on St. Croix, and Market Place on St. John.
