In the same action, he approved Section 4 to correct an oversight in Act 8738 honoring teams and their coaches, Section 5 to change miscellaneous funding from one private organization to all U.S. Virgin Islands boxers, Section 6 to add qualifying part-time students as beneficiaries of free college education, and Section 7 to clarify Act 8681 at the request of the Election System of the Virgin Islands.
Government House said Bryan also removed a reversion clause from a property transfer involving land that would revert to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority if the Virgin Islands Police Department did not build a police station within five years of the transfer.
