The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. The meeting was to be held by video conference from the Al Cohen Conference Room and was open to the public.

According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider several contract and project items, including Grace Civil Pump House Project Amendment No. 2, St. Thomas terminal facilities modifications for an LPG permanent solution with Exsol Group, amendments to contracts with Haugland Energy, and an amendment to Contract SC-12-23 with Trident Industries.

The agenda also listed finance and audit committee action items on an extension of time to close the Vitol propane supply acquisition and an extension of the EY contract.

An executive director's report and an executive session for legal and personnel matters were also scheduled.
