Water Pressure Issues Prompt Alternate Schedule on Sept. 1 and 2 For St. Croix Central High
The St. Croix Central High School will move to an alternate schedule on Thurs., Sept. 1 and Fri., Sept. 2, as WAPA crews continue to address a water pressure issue impacting the campus, the V.I. Dept. of Education has announced.
School will be in session from 7:40 a.m. to 12 p.m. on both days. Lunch will be served prior to dismissal and school bus service will be provided, according to the release.
An update will be provided on the status of the school for Tues., Sept. 6, following the Labor Day holiday on Mon., Sept. 5, D.O.E. said.
“We thank students, parents, and school staff for their patience as the issue is resolved,” stated the department.
