The Virgin Islands Police Department is searching for 25-year-old Ricardo Richards, who’s wanted in the Castle Coakley Fatal Shots of two 17-year-old minors. Police say they are also searching for Richards’ brother Abassi Boston, who’s a person of interest in the July Tsumani shooting in La Reine Shopping Center, where police say a woman was shot in the face.
