ST. THOMAS, USVI – The VIPD St. Thomas / St. John District is asking for the community’s assistance in locating 76-year-old Warren A. Thomas. Thomas is a Black male, standing around 5 feet 8 inches in height, and weighs approximately 130 pounds. He has gray hair and beard, brown eyes, with a light brown complexion.

Thomas was last seen approximately one year ago in Emancipation Garden. He also frequented the bus stop outside of VITEMA.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Warren Thomas is urged to call 911 or the Criminal Investigation Bureau at (340) 774-2211.
