ST. THOMAS, USVI – On May 16, at roughly 12:25 p.m., detectives of the VIPD Domestic Violence Unit arrested 29-year-old Shemelle Isaac of Bergs Homes, charging him with Simple Assault, Domestic Violence and Damage to Property, Domestic Violence.

Isaac allegedly assaulted his former girlfriend during an argument.

Isaac was jailed without bail, in accordance with the territory’s domestic violence laws, pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
