Community Encouraged to Assist in Double Murder Investigation in St. Thomas

The V.I. Police Department is urging the community to assist in their ongoing investigation of the double murder case in St. Thomas involving 21-year-old Ky-Mani Dolphin. Dolphin has been charged with the shooting deaths of Jequan George and Taheem Monsanto on February 20, 2023, in the Norre Gade area. As the investigation continues, the VIPD is asking for the public’s help in gathering additional information that could strengthen the case.

Law enforcement officials believe that community involvement is crucial for solving crimes and bringing justice to victims and their families. Police are calling on residents who may have witnessed the incident or have any information related to the case to come forward and share what they know.
