Virgin Islander Aaliyah Boston played a crucial role in Saturday’s win, contributing eight points, 14 rebounds, and two blocks. She made her presence felt right from the start, scoring a jumper just 29 seconds into the first quarter to put the first two points on the board.

By the end of the first half, Boston had already secured nine rebounds, nearly matching the combined efforts of the opposing team. When the final whistle blew, her impressive 14 rebounds were double that of the next two highest performers in that category.

Tonight at 7:00 pm, the Gamecocks will compete in their seventh Elite Eight game in program history, facing off against the #2 seed Maryland.
